Ingredients
- 1 package (15 ounces) refrigerated pie crust
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup corn syrup
- ¼ cup Coca-Cola
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups pecan halves
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll 1 pie crust and place in 9-inch pie plate. Unroll remaining crust and press over bottom crust; gently press crusts together. Fold edges under and crimp.
- Stir together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, Coca-Cola, butter, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in pecans then pour the filling into pie crust. Bake 55 minutes or until set. Serve warm or cold with ice cream, if desired.
