Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- ½ to 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1-pound boneless pork ribs
- 1/2 cup Coca-Cola
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 4 French rolls, toasted
- 1/2 cup prepared coleslaw
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together to create a rub and coat meat well on all sides. Let ribs sit at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Place meat in covered ceramic dish or Dutch oven. Combine Coca-Cola, hot pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, drizzle evenly over meat.
- Bake covered at 250°F at least 4 hours. (Meat should easily fall apart.)
- Remove meat from dish or Dutch oven. Add ketchup to sauce in dish and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until sauce has thickened and combined. Pour sauce over meat and break apart with two forks while mixing in sauce.
- Service pork on toasted French rolls topped with coleslaw.
